Delivery :

All the gift cards and e-giftcards are delivered to you inactive for security reasons. You can activate them on your account page when you have received them. All gift cards and e-giftcards must be paid for before they can be sent informatically or physically (unless an account with payment conditions has been set up). One delivery address per purchase; multiple delivery addresses will need to be split into multiple orders.

E-giftcards delivery:

E-giftcards are delivered to you in an encrypted file. You will receive the XLS file of links which take you to the e-giftcards in a pdf format. You can send these links directly to the recipient if you wish.

Physical gift cards delivery:

Gift cards are delivered by post, please note that you must only activate your order once you have received the cards. The responsibility for activating the cards is with the client.

* Same day dispatch is available for orders received before noon, with later orders sent out the following day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday (except bank holidays). Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment acceptance, please allow up to 3 days for the first class post, and longer over busy periods like Christmas.
